Well, I am new to airsoft. I did have a pretty cool idea(at least to me) for camo. I know I will need some sort of underlayer of some sort which will prob. be camo but, I had an idea for a cape. I have been involved w/ some military fantasy games and some novels spun off of them. One that I read was called "Tanith, First and Only" or "First and ONly." In those novels, the troops wore camoflauge capes along w/ their uniforms. I was liking this idea. I thought of making a ghille suit cape. Not the entire suit but, a cape w/ hood and veil. I thought that would look pretty cool. WHat are some other opinions? Thanks

Hmmm.....I think it would be a little difficult to play in a cape lol. Essecially in the woods. It could get caught on things, and whatnot, and it might be hard to move around when wearing it. Im not all for it, but if it works for you, go for it. And I dont think it would be too realistic. Lol, it would be a little too fantasy for me. But, Im the one who goes to an airsoft game with the ABS military helmet, and takes the game a little too realistically. Im more into trying to keep the game realistic, meaning I absolutely hate XM8's and that whole series, and anything else that seems a little too unrealistic (although the XM8 was gonna be the new assult rifle, which would replace the m16, but it never got past the testing stages...THANK GOD!). But yeah, those are just my thoughts.

Whatever floats your boat, I think it may cause you more trouble than it's worth though.
