Ya im looking for a reliable side arm to go with my p90 but im on a budget, im just looking for some thing to hold on to till i get a job(3 more years to go) so ya... just looking for something to use year around

I would look for something that you feel comfortable holding. I hear that green gas is NOT the way to go.

Im looking at a colt 1911 that uses green gas on craigs list for 70 dollars

I would look at AEP's personally, they do well all year round and you don't have to buy gas. If anything I would go with CO2 over green gas, it's cheaper and easier to get and better for winter.

Boomer, if I were you I would get a Co2 NBB pistol. Green gas guns wouldnt be your best choice especially in Alaska. The reasons being: Most green gas guns are blowback, and although realistic, they wont work in the winter...period. Green gas is hard to come by in Alaska, and expensive! If you want to use it on a regular basis you have to buy the propane, and a $30 propane adapter. But with Co2, the gun will shoot harder, be more reliable, and you can get Co2 anywhere.
